Maguey stems from a journey through Mexico and from the desire to reconstruct that experience through images, fragments and memories. The title comes from the name commonly used for agave in Mexico, a plant deeply connected to the country's landscape and culture, which becomes the symbol and recurring thread of the project.

Alongside the paintings, the exhibition includes stamps designed by the artist, made to be applied to the postcards displayed in the space, and videos that evoke the atmospheres and moments of the journey. The exhibition design turns the gallery into an immersive narrative, built through painting, moving images and objects connected to the memory of the journey.
